Your phone number (for sign-in), an optional name and email, your wallet balance and transaction history, and metadata about each caption render (duration, chosen style, cost). We do not store your videos on our servers.
To generate captions, audio extracted from your video is sent to the active speech-to-text provider (such as Sarvam AI, Deepgram, OpenAI or Google) solely to produce a transcript. Video is processed on your device; only audio leaves it, and only for transcription.
Top-ups are handled by Paytm. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — Paytm returns only a transaction status and reference to us.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@indisolution.com.
