Captioning is charged per minute of audio at the rate shown in the app. You are charged only when a render succeeds; failed renders cost nothing. Wallet credit is non-transferable. Refunds are handled case by case at support@indisolution.com.
Don't use the service for unlawful content or in ways that infringe others' rights. We may block accounts that abuse the service.
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and the underlying providers. Captions are provided "as is"; review them before publishing.
